How does working with Pasha actually work?

Our AI-assisted creative pipeline starts producing your assets straight away, and everything is delivered digitally through a dedicated client folder. You get regular updates and a direct line to the team to review each asset.

Is Pasha a physical film studio?

Pasha is a fully remote AI/digital production studio serving clients worldwide. You send us your product photos, footage, logo and brief online, and we create AI-assisted video, motion and design deliverables — no physical shoot, crew or in-person production involved.

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Standard delivery is 3–5 business days per asset. Larger packages are delivered in weekly batches so your content flow stays consistent, and the Cinematic Campaign package is delivered from 12 business days. Rush Delivery (+£150) turns any single asset around in under 72 hours.

What do the packages cost?

Accepted Answer

Starter Kit is £599 per month (£559 per month on the annual rate), Growth Kit is £1,199 per month (£1,099 on the annual rate) and Cinematic Campaign is £1,899 per month (£1,799 on the annual rate). Individual services — such as digital menus from £400, logo motion from £600 or single ad videos from £350 — can be ordered on their own.

What does the yearly option mean?

Discounted annual-plan rate, charged monthly over a 12-month term — you are never billed 12 months upfront. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the committed term and must be requested at least 7 days before a billing date. You are never charged 12 months upfront — choosing yearly simply unlocks the lower monthly rate in exchange for a 12-month commitment.

What if I want changes to a design?

Included revisions follow the selected package. Changes outside the agreed brief, or requested after the included revision allowance, are charged separately. You have a 48-hour window after delivery to send your feedback as a single compiled list. Extra revision rounds beyond your package allowance are £75 each.

Do you offer refunds?

No refunds once production has started. Recurring plans can be cancelled with at least 7 days' notice before the next billing date.
