Privacy Policy

Pasha Company is a fully remote online video, motion and design studio serving clients worldwide. We have no public office address; the fastest way to reach us about your data is hello@pashacompany.uk. We are the data controller for the personal information described below and we handle it in line with UK GDPR.

We only collect what you choose to give us, plus the minimum technical data needed to run the site securely:

• Enquiry and order details — your name, email address, and the brief or product/service details you send through our contact form, order form or by email.
• Uploaded files — product photos, footage, logos and brand assets you send us so we can produce your deliverables. These are stored securely and used only for your project.
• Campaign attribution — if you arrive from an advert or a campaign link, we store the UTM parameters, Google Click ID (GCLID) and landing page URL from that visit alongside your enquiry, so we know which campaign it came from.
• Strictly necessary storage — a session/preferences store on your device that keeps your quote selections and form progress, plus a record of your cookie choice.
• Pasha AI Assistant — the chat assistant on this site answers from a built-in knowledge base about our services and pricing. Your messages are processed to generate a reply; please do not enter sensitive personal information into the chat.

We use your information to reply to enquiries, prepare quotes, produce and deliver your project, take payment, send order confirmations, and keep records required for tax and accounting. Campaign attribution data is used solely to measure which of our own adverts generate enquiries — we do not build advertising profiles about you.

Our lawful bases are: performance of a contract (delivering your order), legitimate interests (responding to enquiries, protecting the site from spam and abuse, and measuring our own marketing), consent (analytics and advertising cookies), and legal obligation (financial records).

This website is built and hosted on the Lovable platform, which provides our hosting, database and file storage infrastructure. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details, and Stripe handles that data under PCI-DSS. Transactional emails (order confirmations and enquiry notifications) are sent through our email delivery provider. These providers process data on our instructions, and transfers outside the UK are covered by appropriate safeguards such as UK International Data Transfer Addenda.

We do not load Google Analytics, Google Ads or any other measurement tag before you consent. Google Consent Mode v2 signals (analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization) are defaulted to denied and only updated if you accept. Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months. Project files and correspondence are kept for the duration of the project and for 12 months afterwards so we can reissue deliverables. Financial records are retained for 6 years as required by UK tax law. You can ask us to delete your uploaded files earlier at any time.

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@pashacompany.uk and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Our website links to our social media channels, including Instagram and LinkedIn. Once you leave our site we are not responsible for how those platforms handle your information — please review their own privacy policies.
