Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind before we have begun work on your project, email us at hello@pashacompany.uk and we will cancel the order and refund it in full to the original payment method.

No refunds once production has started. Recurring plans can be cancelled with at least 7 days' notice before the next billing date.

Because every deliverable is produced specifically for you, work already carried out cannot be returned. If you cancel mid-project, any unstarted deliverables in the same order are refunded.

Both monthly and annual plans are charged monthly — we never take 12 months upfront. Monthly plans renew month to month. Annual plans are a discounted rate in exchange for a 12-month term, and run to the end of that term. To cancel either, email us at least 7 days before your next billing date. Your plan then runs to the end of the current paid period and is not renewed. We do not pro-rate part months.

Included revisions follow the selected package. Changes outside the agreed brief, or requested after the included revision allowance, are charged separately.

If a delivered file does not match the agreed brief, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will correct it at no extra cost.

If you are a consumer in the UK, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract. Because our work is bespoke and made to your specification, that right does not apply once production has begun with your agreement. This policy does not affect any statutory rights that cannot be excluded.

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
