Terms of Service

Pasha is a fully remote AI/digital production studio serving clients worldwide. You send us your product photos, footage, logo and brief online, and we create AI-assisted video, motion and design deliverables — no physical shoot, crew or in-person production involved.

These terms apply to every order placed through pashacompany.uk. By placing an order you agree to them. Contact us at hello@pashacompany.uk if anything here is unclear before you buy.

Prices shown on the site are calculated and confirmed on our servers at checkout, and are charged in GBP through Stripe. An order is accepted once payment has been successfully taken and we have confirmed it by email.

Monthly plans: Standard monthly rate, billed monthly. Cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing date.

Annual plans: Discounted annual-plan rate, charged monthly over a 12-month term — you are never billed 12 months upfront. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the committed term and must be requested at least 7 days before a billing date.

You supply the brief plus any product photos, footage, logo files and brand assets. You confirm that you own or are licensed to use everything you send us, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may pause a project if required assets or feedback are outstanding.

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from receipt of a complete brief and all assets. Rush delivery is available as a paid add-on. Timelines pause while we are waiting on you.

Included revisions follow the selected package. Changes outside the agreed brief, or requested after the included revision allowance, are charged separately.

Once your order is paid in full, you receive the rights to use the delivered deliverables for your own commercial marketing. Project files, source scenes and working assets remain ours unless separately agreed in writing.

We may display completed work in our portfolio and on social media unless you ask us in writing not to. Independent concept work — not affiliated with or endorsed by the featured brands.

We do not produce work that is unlawful, hateful, deceptive, or that misrepresents a third-party brand. We may decline or stop a project that falls into these categories and will refund any unstarted portion.

We deliver creative production services and cannot guarantee any particular commercial outcome, reach or advertising performance. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
